Volunteer/Outreach Coordinator
The ideal candidates will have a working knowledge of computers, people skills, the ability to work a flexible schedule, and an outgoing personality. The Volunteer/Outreach Coordinator will primarily be responsible for recruiting, training, and maintaining all aspects of our volunteer program, as well as conducting education days and tours of our brand new adoption facility. Assistant to Executive Director
Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings. Must have strong writing and attention to detail skills and be able to multitask.
We are currently looking for a full time, skilled receptionist to answer a large number of calls a day. This person needs to have great customer service skills, patience, a quick learner, and great organizational skills. He or She will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office, Bilingual in Spanish, and multi task. Applicant needs to be willing to answer 100+ calls a day, schedule appointments, and work weekends. Veterinarian Technician
Person needed for position to assist with veterinarian exams, maintain patient records on computer, etc. Due to our high volume, fast paced clinic, good people skills and experience is a necessity. Computer skills and Bilingual is a plus. Weekends included. Interested parties please have resume in-hand and visit our Wellness Center: Mondays,
