If you become aware of an animal in an unfavorable situation, it is your responsibility to report animal cruelty or seek help for the pet. Whether that animal is a cat, dog, horse, sheep, goat, cow, or another living being, it is vital that they get the rescue they deserve. If an animal has suffered any physical harm or lives in poor conditions near Houston, TX, we want to know about it. No animal should be stuck suffering when all it takes is a phone call for someone to be on their way and assess the situation. Please note that should a pet’s owner have difficulties financially providing for a pet, there are programs available to help both pet and owner get the support they need.
