“Me and my wife recently adopted a dog from your shelter a couple of months ago and I just wanted to reach out and say your team was very helpful, patient, and friendly. Miguel at the front desk helped us throughout the entire process. Looking at and deciding which dog was right for us was a relaxed and straightforward process thanks to him. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable and even recommended we bring in our own dog from home to meet Bagel before finalizing the adoption. He also helped walk us out with Bagel since he was familiar with her and knew she might be scared to get in the car. Outside of working with Miguel, your entire staff from the front desk to the ones attending the animals were so kind that we even referred your shelter to our family members who were also looking for a dog.
