Calliope's Happy Tail

Adoption brings friendship that makes a lifelong impact. 

 

Calliope was adopted over half a decade ago from Houston Humane Society. This is what her guardian has to say about their time spent together over the years:

 

“Bringing this little lady home from the Humane Society 5 years ago is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Penny is sweet, hilarious, and incredibly attached to her people and cat brother. At 6 months old, Penelope (FKA Calliope) sat pathetically alone in her little room at HHS where I volunteered and watched all her roommates get adopted one by one. I went in to visit her and she climbed right into my lap. I’m so glad she waited for me to find her. Thank you to everyone who cared for this girl before she found her way home.”
