Help Needed to Locate Suspect(s)

Today, Houston Humane Society joined Crime Stoppers of Houston, Harris County Constable's Office Precinct 5, Pet Paradise, and Houston PetSet at a press conference to announce an increased reward to help solve this #AnimalCruelty case.
 
PLEASE SHARE: INCREASED REWARD of up to $6,000 to locate the suspect(s) responsible for abusing puppies. 1 died, the other blinded.

On December 23, 2015, at approx. 12:45 p.m., in the 7500 block of Monroe, an Hispanic male was seen abandoning two boxes at the business and fled the scene. The abandoned boxes contained two, tan mix breed puppies, which had skin lacerations and unknown chemical burns. One puppy did not survive due to the injuries sustained. The second puppy survived but is now blind. (CD5 - Case #1644758-15)
