Hi I'm Howard! I might be a little shy at first, but my foster parents have helped me come out of my shell.
I would love to have a buddy dog in the house and I'm bathroom trained.
I love belly rubs, squeaky toys and milk bones. I prefer to have my own bed, but I can manage with a blanket.
