Teddy's Happy Tail

We love to get adoption updates like this one from Teddy's mom:

 

Teddy (Theodore), formerly Lovey, came to the Houston Humane Society from a large intake case. The moment I saw him on the floor, I knew I wanted to foster him.

 

When he arrived at my home, he spent his first days hiding and quietly watching the world around him.

 

With patience, lots of love (and treats!), Teddy began to trust, one tiny step at a time. Soon came the purrs, the curious exploring, and the sweetest head-butts.

 

Today, Teddy is an affectionate, talkative, adventurous boy who loves being part of a family. We’re so grateful to have him in ours, and his transformation is a beautiful reminder of what rescue and fostering can do.
