The Impact of One Volunteer at Houston Humane Society

Longtime volunteer David Perez spoke to ABC 13 about the many ways he supports Houston Humane Society, from walking dogs and helping with the Pet Pantry to assisting during hurricane relief efforts. Over the years, David has helped more than 100 dogs find loving homes and has become a familiar, dependable presence for both staff and animals. Volunteer Director Angelina Saucedo shared, “We are so grateful to have him. He follows the animal's journey from the beginning to adoption, which is a beautiful thing.”
