Tilda's Happy Tail

Tilda spent 384 days waiting to be adopted. That's a lot of days and nights to wonder if your moment will ever come.

But it did, and now Tilda’s soaking up life in her forever home. She gets to snuggle with her new human sister and explore the house while everyone’s sleeping. That’s prime time for zoomies and late-night kitty parkour.

Her new mom says Tilda is still taking it slow, observing her people and surroundings. When she feels safe, she rewards you with a full-on cuddle session.

Tilda also has a new cat sibling, Tilly. They’re still figuring each other out, but her family is glad Tilly has a friend to play with.

Her adopter shared, "I would recommend adopting a pet from a shelter. This is my second adoption from the Houston Humane Society. Knowing the pets have had a medical exam and vaccinations give a sense of relief. Also, the pets are microchipped and spayed/neutered. You'll get information about your pet as far as the background information and if the pet is good with children and so forth."

We’re so happy Tilda finally found her people! ðŸ’™
