Make a difference this holiday season by volunteering or fostering with the Houston Humane Society! From helping care for shelter pets and supporting daily operations to opening your home to a dog or cat in need, every act of kindness makes a difference.

With shelters at capacity, volunteers play an important role in providing animals with the attention, care, and companionship they deserve. Fostering offers pets a temporary place to feel safe, loved, and comfortable while they wait for their forever homes. Supplies are provided to help foster families get started!

Whether you can spare a few hours or welcome a furry friend into your home, your time, compassion, and support can change an animal’s life.

This holiday season, give a gift that truly matters. Volunteer, foster, and help make the holidays brighter for shelter pets!
