HHS will offer free Rabies and Canine and Feline distemper vaccinations for the first 200 patients thanks to Elanco, and microchipping services while supplies lasts, thanks to 24Petcare and 24Petwatch.

Some dogs come from a cruelty background where they were neglected, and some were previously owned and simply having trouble adjusting to life at a shelter.
