Abandoned Dogs Found Tethered

Rescue Alert: Our team rescued 2 abandoned lab mixes found tethered in the backyard thanks to the work of Fort Bend County District Attorney's Office Animal Cruelty investigator, partner of Harris County Animal Cruelty Taskforce. They are estimated to be around 5, and 7 years old.

From the conditions of the area, the dogs look to have been tethered for months. The tree trunk where the tether was wrapped is worn as if the dog was chewing and pulling for release. She is missing her bottom teeth and the top teeth have very thin and narrow enamel.

They have both been medically evaluated and are expected to make a full recovery.

With animals arriving in our care every day, and community needs at an all-time high we need your help more than ever.
